keyhole形ですか。でも最近のカギ穴の形って必ずしも前方後円墳のような形をしていないですしね。いずれにしても言葉のみで絵なしで説明するのはかなり難易度が高そうです。

Zenpou-kouenfun is one of the typical Japanese ancient tombs built in 4th or 5th century. It can be divided two parts. It's front is a square shape and rear is a round shape.
前方後円墳は４世紀または５世紀に築造された古代日本の典型的な墓です。二つの部分に分けられ、全部は四角い形で、後部は丸い形をしています。
