I bought a new hat online. I need to protect  my  scalp and hair from strong sunshine because my hair is getting thinner.

I usually wear a cap when I walk under the sun. But it doesn't cover my ears and neck. On the other hand, hats usually have wide brims.

Some measures are urgent to reduce car accidents caused by elderly people. I think the government should set an age-limit for senior drivers. In my opinion, 85 year old is the best.

In addition, the government should make a regulation so that seniors can choose their car from some options. Small size cars, so called "K-cars" are good for elderly people.

They don't need high performance vehicles like cars which run over 100km/h and weigh more than 1,000kg.

I recommend three cars for seniors.

f:id:tamikiti67:20190802234417p:plain

reibun.hateblo.jp

NHK is a public TV media like BBC in the UK.  Even though it is public, it's independent from the government.  Because the budget of NHK comes from our TV license fee, not government's budget.  It's mandatory for us to pay monthly fee. However  I know a lot of people are not willing to pay because they don't watch NHK TV programs.

I recognaize NHK is still trustworthy compare to other private medias. Because private medias are sponsored by some large companies and their contents are possibly affected by the preferences of sponsors.

For exanples, private TV medias don't report the problems about the recent prpblem  of contracts between current convinience store companies and francisees. Because they recieve a huge amount of sponsor fee from the franchisors.

These days, it's getting more important that from what kind of media should we get correct information. That's why sometimes we need to compare one media and other medias including web media.
